Perfect first time experience! Jen did an amazing job with a matted shelter dog that may never have had a bath, nevermind a complete groom necessary for a poodle. There was gunk welded on the hair between her paws that I couldn't get out. She looks and smells so good now. Pleasant place, friendly crew. Grateful I found you.
